Rock Against Racism Festival Lights Up Nottingham in Powerful Weekend of Unity and Culture
Nottingham, 23–24 November 2024- What a weekend to remember! The Rock Against Racism Festival delivered an unforgettable two-day celebration of art, activism, and solidarity, all in support of a vital cause.
Held at The Saltbox, the festival brought together an electrifying line-up of talent that spanned genres and generations. From the rhythmic energy of African drumming to the moving words of Poets Against Racism, and the powerful voices heard during the ‘In Conversation’ session, every moment resonated with purpose.
Festivalgoers were treated to live performances by @smash, SLIME CITY, Rhoda Dakar, Daniel Rachel (author), @Stuart Pearce Band, The Hoplites, Bad Milk, Blood Robot, Jahrel JP Music, and Davina Simon, among others. A talented mehndi artist added a touch of beauty and tradition, while the atmosphere buzzed with community spirit.
